The weirdest hope
Some dude on my MegaBus this morning got left behind at the truck stop we took a break at, so we had to turn around and go get him. A few people groaned. The bus driver left exactly when he said he would, so I think everyone saw this as more of an annoyance than a tragedy.
I hope, for that dude’s sake, he had a good excuse for missing the bus. Like diarrhea. I hope that dude had diarrhea.
That has got to be the weirdest thing I’ve ever hoped for.
